Baby quilt patterns are great for expecting mothers. Normally i like to stitch my quilts together by rows, for this quilt i think it's easier to stitch it. Adorable baby quilt pattern with a cottage chic look.
In reality, though, the quilt is pretty simple to construct, even if you are a beginning quilter.
(*one option for creating this quilt in a baby quilt size is to choose a kona fat quarter bundle. Here's a lovely bunch of homemade quilts to make for your sweet little one, a few of them are so easy they're ideal projects for beginners. So i want to make a chevron baby quilt but only chevron on the top and on the bottom with a white big middle (to applique the baby's name once i figure that out!) The pattern gives depth to the quilt and really showcases the fabric selection.
